Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FPSTactician, a strategy planning tool for Rainbow Six Siege players. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence. Registration requires only an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for any activity performed through your FPSTactician account.

2. App license

FPSTactician grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, team, coaching, or content-creation strategy planning, subject to your selected plan.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, copy paid features for redistribution, remove notices, use the app to violate third-party rights, or interfere with payment, licensing, update, or security systems.

3. Plans, pricing, and subscriptions

FPSTactician may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan prices, billing periods, taxes, and included features are shown before checkout. If you subscribe, your payment method may be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. Their checkout, tax calculation, billing emails, and payment terms may also apply. FPSTactician does not store full payment card details.

4. Cancellations and plan changes

You can cancel a paid subscription through the payment provider's customer portal or by contacting support through the official FPSTactician support channel. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless the Refund Policy below applies or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Local strategy data

Your maps, tactical notes, annotations, exports, and strategy files are created and stored locally on your device. You decide when to export, copy, publish, or share those files. FPSTactician is not responsible for files you choose to share outside the app.

6. Third-party content and game references

FPSTactician is an independent tactical planning tool. Game names, operator references, map references, icons, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. FPSTactician is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft unless stated otherwise.

7. Updates and availability

FPSTactician may change features, fix bugs, add or remove plans, and publish updates. Some features may require a current app version. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. Fair use

You agree not to use FPSTactician for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorized access, or to bypass account, subscription, or license checks.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPSTactician is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, lost rankings, competitive losses, or gameplay outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

FPSTactician may update these terms when the app, payment flow, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice in the app or through the official support channel.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FPSTactician handles personal data. It follows a data-minimization approach: collect as little as possible, use it only for clear purposes, and keep strategy data on your device.

1. Personal data FPSTactician needs

To register and manage access, FPSTactician only needs your email address. The app does not require your real name, address, phone number, date of birth, payment card number, or gameplay credentials.

2. Data FPSTactician does not collect

• No advertising cookies are stored by the app.
• No analytics cookies are stored by the app.
• No online copy of your local strategies, maps, notes, annotations, or exports is stored by FPSTactician.
• No full payment card details are stored by FPSTactician.

3. Local app data

Strategy plans, annotations, app preferences, exports, and similar tactical content are stored locally on your device. If you delete local files, uninstall the app, move files, or share exports, those actions are controlled by you and your operating system.

4. Payment provider data

If you purchase a paid plan, checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. That provider may process payment details, tax information, billing records, fraud-prevention data, and invoices under its own privacy policy. FPSTactician may receive limited subscription confirmation data needed to unlock paid access, such as plan status or license status, but not full card numbers.

5. Legal bases for processing

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar privacy-law regions, FPSTactician relies on:

• Contract: to create your account, provide the app, and manage subscription access.
• Legitimate interests: to secure the app, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
• Legal obligations: where billing, tax, consumer, or accounting rules require limited records.
• Consent: where a law requires consent for a specific optional processing activity.

6. Retention

FPSTactician keeps account and subscription access information only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Local strategy data remains on your device until you delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right, contact FPSTactician through the support channel listed in the app. FPSTactician may need to verify that the request comes from the account email address.

8. Security

FPSTactician uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a small desktop app with minimal account data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so you should keep your device, operating system account, and email account secure.

9. Children

FPSTactician is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to create an online account. If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact support so the account can be reviewed.

10. International processing

Payment providers, hosting providers, and support tools may process limited account or payment-related data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to this policy

FPSTactician may update this Privacy Policy if the app, payment flow, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid FPSTactician subscriptions purchased through a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. It is designed to be clear and fair for a digital subscription product.

1. First-purchase refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase. If the request is approved, paid access linked to that purchase may be disabled after the refund is processed.

2. Digital-service limits

Because FPSTactician provides digital access immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited where you have already used paid features extensively, requested repeated refunds, violated the Terms of Service, or where the payment provider's rules prevent a refund. These limits do not reduce mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the new billing period starts, except where required by law or where FPSTactician or the payment provider determines that a billing error occurred. You can cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

4. Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued.

5. How to request a refund

Use the payment provider's customer portal, the support link in your checkout receipt, or the official FPSTactician support channel. Include the account email address, order or invoice reference if available, and a short reason for the request.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted through the payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider, payment method, bank, and card network.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first so it can be reviewed. Chargebacks or payment disputes may cause subscription access to be suspended while the payment provider investigates.
